Our busy clinic sites and administrative offices require
attention on an ongoing basis to maintain patient access, staff comfort and
safe working conditions. Maintenance Specialists have the primary
responsibility for keeping all facilities in good operating order, performing
skilled and semi-skilled labor in a mix of construction, maintenance, repair
and janitorial activities. Maintenance Specialists are often trying to correct
facility issues in the midst of a busy clinic or office environment, requiring flexibility,
creativity and care so that operations continue with as little disruption as
possible. Maintenance Specialist work independently and collectively depending
on the size and complexity of the projects. Priorities and scheduled tasks can
change rapidly; flexibility is essential.
Our Maintenance Technician hourly wage ranges are listed
below. All new hires will start at the base wage for the position.
Maintenance Technician I $22.00 to $29.10
Maintenance Technician II $24.00 to $31.74
Maintenance Technician III $26.33 to $34.82
