UPDATE: A small number of PG&E customers appear to have lost power in the incident.

According to the CHP, a big rig took out power lines on 299 near the exit off 101 at around 9:30 this morning. The lines are across the roadway. PG&E and the Dept. of Transportation have been called out.  Avoid the area if possible.
