UPDATE, 5:40 a.m.: The Chron’s Joe Garofoli reports that Marin is in also — all told, it’s currently Roberts by 757 according to Garofoli’s tally. Only Sonoma is still out.

Looking pretty grim for Norm.

Second Supervisorial District Candidate Estelle Fennell has easily held on to her election night victory over incumbent Clif Clendenen, according to the final-final (but not quite officially) election results posted by the Humboldt County Elections Office a few moments ago.

Meanwhile, third-placer Norman Solomon slipped further behind in the Second District Congressional race, gaining only 842 Humboldt County votes to second-place finisher Dan Roberts’ 1,024 1,124. Update yesterday’s numbers: He’s now 778 878 votes behind Roberts, with only Sonoma and Marin county final reports still unfiled.
