UPDATE 9:31 P.M.: The Ferndale Enterprise Twitter (@FrndEnterprise) is reporting, “Scanner traffic: ‘Had been drinking’ ATV wreck under Fernbridge. One injured. Two with minor injuries. FVFD, HCSO, ambulance on scene.”

According to the CHP site, there is a vehicle in the river near Fernbridge. The driver may be intoxicated.
