Happy Trails: Cliff and Emily talk with Bill Kier of the North Coast Railroad Authority about the newly created Bay Rail Corridor Committee. Three public meetings will take place staring this Friday, 10 a.m., in the Eureka City Council Chambers. The first meeting will be dealing with the condition of the rail prism. The next meeting, Oct. 12, will be dealing with potential Trail Development along the corridor. The third meeting on Oct. 26 will deal with the potential of restoring rail service on the line. The public is invited and encouraged to attend these meetings.
