Are you a musician? Are you simultaneously hiding a naked body under your form-fitting rock god gear? Well, that keester is needed.

LoCO readers will be familiar with local videographer Chuck Johnson, he of Humboldt Live Sessions fame. Now for his next trick.  Continuing on with his mission to intimately and artfully document our local music scene, Johnson has begun photographing Humboldt’s melody makers in the buff. Chuck hopes to turn the in-the-raw images captured for the project into a calendar with proceeds benefitting local school programs.

[LoCO note: Since Chuck is the bass player for The Hip Joint, it seems like a self portrait is in order, no?]

Anywho, there are samples of Chuck’s progress so far on his Freak Photo Facebook page. If you think your skin is ready for its closeup, contact our man at chuck@freakphoto.com. How could this go wrong?
