Several Outpost readers have reported seeing a herd of escaped cows running loose through Arcata’s Windsong Village earlier this afternoon and were kind enough to share videos of the cow chaos.
It’s not exactly clear how or why the herd was tromping through the Windsong neighborhood. But we’ll update when we know more.
