Monday Lowdown: Michael Franti is in Town Today

Your Lowdown correspondent is still recovering from the communitygasm that was the Mr. Humboldt Pageant. So y’all have fun tonight.

A few things to note in addition to your weekly Monday offerings. Yes, Michael Franti will seep positivity all over the Van Duzer Theatre stage when he plays an acoustic set there this evening. Get an idea of what the Spearhead frontman brings when stripped down. Also, keep your eyes peeled for our man around Arcata today; LoCO wants any and all shots of Mr. Franti eating butsugiri at Tomo. Please and thank you.

Now, if a night at the JVD is not in your budget, Jambalaya will play host to roots reggae family band New Kingston. Take a visit in the YouTube clip below.
