The 17th annual North Coast Open Studios is coming up the weekends of June 6­-7 and June 13-­14, from Rio Dell to Trinidad, and east to Hydesville and Blue Lake. 140 artists and artisans around Humboldt County open up their creative spaces, share their passion and give demos to art fans of all ages.

Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate Grand Opening
Dick Taylor Chocolate Factory / 11 a.m.
Official ribbon cutting ceremony starts at 11 a.m. with drinks, refreshments and a speech from owner Adam Dick to commemorate the event. There will be door prizes and a raffle as well as free factory tours demonstrating how chocolate is made from bean to bar, every hour on the hour.
