The 5th Annual Humboldt Makers Street Fair is Saturday, August 1st, 12-9pm and once again coincides with First Saturday Night Arts Alive. This event is on 2nd street between C and G Street. Jodi Lee, owner of Origin Design Lab is the coordinator and can be contacted at 707-497-6237, or emailed at origindesignlab@gmail.com. Jodi is the co-founder of the Humboldt Makers Street Fair. A day of makers, crafters, musicians, street artists, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, artists, and entrepreneurs coming together to show off their art and projects. At the Humboldt Maker Street Fair, you’ll find all manner of handmade goods with hands on demos and mini workshops which highlight our local businesses and craftsman. It is a community-based learning event that inspires everyone to become a maker, and connect with people and projects in their local community.
