It’s Wine and Jazz at the Morris Graves with Bill Allison and The Next Wave! The Next Wave includes Bill Allison on vocals and trumpet, Michael Curran on drums, Lee Phillips on electric and acoustic bass, and Jack Thomas on piano. Together they explore emerging and established Be Bop, and Progressive classics. Bill adds original vocals on many tunes and pays homage to Jazz legend Eddie Jefferson’s wonderful Vocalese lyrics on seminal instrumental solos. It is their mission and their joy to share this unusual eclectic mix of great jazz music.
