Mobile Outreach in Hoopa

Humboldt County Department of Health & Human Services Mobile Outreach will be in Hoopa at the Hwy. 96 at the bank and gas station on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors to the bus can be assisted with CalFresh, MediCal, In-Home Supportive Services, Veterans Services and Child Support. Humboldt County Mental Health Clinicians will provide on-board counseling and can link clients up with supportive case management.
