Nick Offerman
Nick Offerman is a man of many talents—an award-winning actor, a popular comedian and a woodworker. Luckily for us, he’s leaving the saw at home and bringing his comedic genius to Arcata. Best known for his role as Ron Swanson in NBC’s hit show Parks and Recreation, Offerman says his live appearances are a “veritable smorgasboard of cautionary tales, tunes and tips.” Much more than a traditional stand-up comic, Offerman describes himself as “a foul-mouthed, less-educated Garrison Keillor.” And maybe he’ll offer some woodworking advice.
