From Sawdust to Uranium: 130 Years of Electricity in Humboldt County

The authors of From Sawdust to Uranium: 130 Years of Electricity in Humboldt County, Garret Root and Rand Herbert of JRP Historical, Inc. and Humboldt Bay Generating Station plant managers Loren Sharp and Mark Smith will be providing a panel discussion on the past, present, and future of electricity in Humboldt County at the museum from 6 to 7 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2013. Books will be available for purchase at the museum gift shop during and after the discussion. The Clarke Museum is located at 240 E Street in Old Town Eureka.
