Under general supervision from the Social Services Director, Incumbent is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all site personnel and programs including Social Workers. Incumbent will determine client’s eligibility for financial assistance, insuring that the Indian Child Welfare Act is followed, and keeping programs in compliance with Tribal and funder regulations and policies. Incumbent will oversee the coordination of all site activities and will work closely with program staff to ensure all program activities are in accordance with TANF regulations and policies and procedures. Incumbent will conduct needs assessments for the Indian community. Incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Child Welfare Social Workers; including but not limited to protection risk assessment, case management, training, coordinating, monitoring, and providing guidance to community partners to develop partnerships to expand community service options for clients and families. Incumbent will directly report to the Social Services Director. Incumbent will perform other duties associated with the TANF, Child Welfare, and other Yurok Social Service Programs.

Salary: $50,377-$72,068

Location: Klamath
