Full Time Office Administration Position
* Requirements:
* Prior experience in a professional office setting (in any relative field)
* Outstanding people skills, able to work successfully in a diverse and fast paced environment
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Self-disciplined and works collaboratively
* Demonstrate integrity and accountability to a high standard of excellence and quality
* Additional skills required: Strong professional written and verbal communication, proficient in MS Word and Excel, excellent phone and email etiquette, social media skills, and possess a flexible positive attitude. Good time management and able to meet deadlines.

Duties include but not limited to:
* Time Sensitive Data entry/Retail price communication
* General Data entry
* Filing and general clerical
* Customer Service- answering phones, invoicing, AR inquiries

Must be available between the hours of 6 am and 5:30 pm. 3 rotating weekly shifts that run between those hours.
