Express is hiring for a temporary Office Support Coordinator position for an educational office, ideally starting Monday, October 22nd. This position will last between three week and three months. Candidates should be available for the duration of the assignment. The position will swivel between reception responsibilities and coordination of student workers in two offices. English/Spanish bilingual? Even better!

Key Traits

  • Experience with Google Calendar or similar electronic calendaring system
  • Fluent bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Ability to get from one location to another across campus during the work day
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to answer phones and greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and outgoing manner
  • Ability to work with many interruptions to workflow in an energetic environment
  • Problem solving

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones
  • Greet walk-in customers
  • Coordinate schedules and provide basic supervision for student workers
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments with Google Calendar
  • Basic office tasks

Additional Details

  • Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm with a 1 hr lunch
  • Business casual dress code (no jeans or exercise clothing)
