This position will serve as a single point of contact for the MIS department while providing service, support, technology solutions, and education to the employees of the Yurok Tribe. Provide excellent customer service. Provide routine system maintenance of MIS systems. Provide support to users for network and desktop hardware and software problems. Take calls from users responding to inquires and requests for assistance with the organization’s computer systems in a timely and professional manner/ Identify problems, trouble shooting and providing advice to assist users. Communicating and coordinating with other IT staff to resolve problems.

Location: Klamanth

Salary: $16.91 - $22.06
