Supervising Clinician

PURPOSE:

The Supervising Clinician utilizes professional clinical abilities and skills to provide clinical supervision and oversight to paraprofessional staff working in Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Intensive Home Based Services (IHBS); may provide supervision for other paraprofessional staff working in other programs and dependent on program needs, may maintain a small caseload. QUALIFICATIONS:

•Two years of clinical experience in a Medi-CAL system as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or three years of clinical experience as an Associate Social

Worker or Marriage Family Therapist Intern or a combination of both.
• Experience planning, organizing, and evaluating program operations.
• Experience working in electronic health record systems desired.
• Previous quality assurance experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS: Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.

Ability to pass a criminal record background check. Must possess a valid California driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a vehicle for work.

WAGE: Starts at $4,846.00 per month. This position is exempt from overtime provisions.
