Bookkeeper

Requirements

  • Basic Bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks.
  • Payroll experience desired.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new proprietary software.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Job Duties

  • Invoicing and collecting payments
  • Basic payroll entry.
  • Basic bookkeeping and data tracking.
  • Some basic HR functions when on-boarding new employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule Monday – Friday full time hours.

Rate of Pay

  • $15 – $18/hr with generous benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401K with 6% match and profit sharing.
