$12.38 - $17.03 Hourly closes 10/07/19 Under supervision provides support and assistance to parents and/or caregivers of children who are receiving social or health and human services; serves as a liaison between the parents/caregivers and social or health and human services an other relevant providers; orients families who are newly entering the social or health and human services system; provides parent/caregiver education, mentoring and advocay; empowers parents to act on their own behalf for the needs of their children and family; serves as a role model for parents/caregivers and children through interacitns and activities based upon resiliency, hop, personal responsibility, support, self-advocay, self-care and parent support. Provides feedback to social or healht an human services provides related to the parents’/caregivers’ perceptinos of the program for quality improvement purposes; performs related work as assigned.
