The Patient Access Representative is the medical office Receptionist. Duties include greeting and interviewing new patients, discussing their co-payments and any prior authorization requirements. There is a lot of phone work as well as computer work. Attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality are two critical aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will have medical office experience or experience as an Administrative Assistant in an office environment. Because this is a medical setting there you must pass a background check, have a pre-employment physical and TB test and pass a pre-employment drug test.
