Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in maintenance or construction.
• Ability to preform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Must have good communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a very diverse clientele, which may include the homeless, elderly, and people with mental health issues.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Job Duties

• Preform general facility maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, HVAC issues, and minor electrical repairs. Will also be responsible for some painting and carpentry on occasion.
• May be required to on-call after hours for response to building and/or resident emergencies.
• Assist with providing in-house safety training to ensure staff practices safety procedures.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Rate of Pay

• $15 per hour
