The Human Resource Generalist assists or performs duties at the professional clerical level in some or all of the following functional core areas of the HR Department: new hire orientation, termination process, recruitment, benefits administration, risk management, payroll, metrics, employee engagement, Human Resource Information Systems, and training. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented person who can relate to and communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization. The HR Generalist must be sensitive to compliance needs, employee goodwill and the needs of the business.

Employment type: full-time
Compensation: $20-$25 hourly; 25% store discount; Paid time off; eligible for company health benefits after 30 days
