Seeking Commercial Delivery Truck Driver in the Samoa- Humboldt County area, driving a company-owned commercial sleeper/day cab and efficiently deliver and/or pick up products and materials.

Currently hiring for Commercial Delivery Truck Driver. This position requires that applicants have Commercial Class A Driver’s License, 1-year commercial truck driving experience and able to operate 18-speed manual transmission. Driver will be responsible for verifying the contents of inventory loads against shipping orders and properly load and inspect cargo is secure and driving to singular or multiple locations depending on required needs. Must be capable of operating forklift to load or unload truck when necessary and inspect truck, equipment and supplies daily for pre and post-trip inspection process. Driver is responsible for the condition of their assigned vehicle inside and out as well as washing, waxing and vacuuming. Driver is required to have a clean Motor Vehicle Record and current DOT medical exam and understanding that they must maintain driver logs according to regulations utilizing EROAD computer and remaining in DOT Compliance by abiding all rules and regulations at all times during employment

The position may require occasional overnight, out of town work up to 2 days at a time, occasional lifting of approximately 60 pounds and sitting/standing for extended periods.
