Community Navigator

Under the general supervision of the Social Services Site Manager, the Community Navigator will partner with Yurok youth and their families to evoke systemic change in tribal policy and service delivery. The Navigator will assess barriers impacting individuals and families, accessibility and gaps in services, and the evaluation of service delivery. The Navigator will develop a social marketing plan to decrease stigma and promote help seeking behavior. Community input will be utilized to implement holistic, integrated, easily accessible, culturally-relevant services for children, youth, and families.
Location: Klamath/Eureka
Salary: $19.15-$24.88
