The hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:00 - 5:30 with opportunities for subbing as needed. We are looking to fill this position starting Monday, October 4, 2021.
Willows and Dunes Childcare is a large family daycare that has been open for 25 years. Located in Manila, we care for children 1-5 years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and education for the students who are enrolled in our program. Our goal is to meet each child wherever they are in their development. We provide support and guide their emotional, intellectual, physical growth and expansion in the most appropriate, loving way. Our curriculum is play-based with an emphasis on outdoor play, music, art and learning social skills. Your main responsibility is to interact with the children in ways that enhance their learning experience and support their emotional well-being. You will also contribute to daily and weekly curriculum planning. There are also some food preparation and cleaning responsibilities. We are looking for an Assistant Teacher with the following qualifications:

- Neat and organized
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- ECE units and/or at least one year childcare or teaching experience
- Must have Live-Scan and FBI background check
- Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification
- Proof of immunization for Pertussis, Measles, COVID-19
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour plus over-time pay

We are following all the required county open business regulations. Such as: All staff, parents, and children over two wear masks indoors and outdoors, enhanced daily cleaning and disinfecting protocols, and extra ventilation during the day and after hours.
