Requirements
- Two years of full charge bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with medical office bookkeeping preferred.
- Well organized, detail oriented and self motivated.
- Ability to work well both with others and independently.
- Ability to deal with office triage and priority setting.
Job Duties
- Oversee Accounts Payable account distribution and maintain timely processing.
- Reconcile all Accounts Receivable and follow up as needed on payments due.
- Process employee payroll within Paycom system and ensure accuracy.
- Administer employee health plan and SEP IRA benefits.
- Reconciliations, including: Reconciling all bank, money market, and TCD accounts monthly with a special focus on claim account checks, which have been cancelled, voided or payments has been stopped on and assure that they have been properly documented.
- Prepare Financial statements for Board of Directors.
- Submit quarterly reports to DMHC and HMO plans and annual reports to DMHC.
- Assist with financial audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule
- Full Time Monday through Friday.
Rate of Pay
- $20-$30/hr depending on qualifications and experience, plus a full benefit package.
