Thai-Inspired Benefit Dinner

Special 4-course meal by Casandra Kelly Catering, inspired by the tastes of Thailand. Meal includes: Tom Kah Coconut & Lemongrass Soup with Mushrooms, Thai-Style Noodle with Sweet & Sour Tomato Sauce and choice of Cashews or Grilled Chicken, Green Papaya Salad with Sweet & Spicy Lime Dressing, and Mango Coconut Black Rice Dessert. Meal is gluten-free. Cashew option is Vegan. Two flavors of Bubble Tea will also be on offer. Order by March 10th please. Pick-up is drive through at Bayside Community Hall. All Proceeds support Arcata Mutual Aid’s Hot Food Team based at Bayside Hall; AMA is a volunteer group that collects donated food and prepares and distributes 200 free hot meals (like you see in the pictures!) every week to those in need. Have a great meal and help us feed others!
