SCRAP Humboldt is Humboldt Count’s first creative reuse center and is a project of SCRAP, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to inspire creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by providing educational programs and affordable materials to the community.

Crocheted (plarn) Scrubbies: Free Seasonal Making Series

This easy to learn crochet stitch will end with a useful and reusable dish scrubber and the skills to make more at home. Students will use one-time-use plastic bags to make into long strips of “yarn” and then they will practice a simple stitch.
