Arcata unknown trouble, 1000 block Lewis Ave, RP hears a female yelling for help and for people to get out of her house, possibly on 11th St. APD units responding.

McKinleyville medical aid at the T/C, Alder Lane jno Fernwood, CHP now req ambulance for passenger who says she may have struck head on windshield. AFPD E8217 and Arc Amb responding.

The pursuit started as the result of an armed robbery at the McKinleyville Shell Station, Central/School at approx 12:09 a.m., witness gave the veh description as a black Chevy Blazer, poss partial license 6JDP—-, last seen e/bound on North Bank Road from Central Ave. Suspect described as male wearing a black mask, with a black pistol, took unk amount of cash and cigarettes, then ran across to the Rite Aid parking lot where he got into the Blazer. About 12:17 a deputy spotted a black Blazer e/bound 299 near Blue Lake Blvd, caught up with it near the CHP scales, confirmed the license number, the suspect failed to yield and the pursuit began. Continued out 299 and north on 96. Deputy (and CHP) dropped out of the pursuit approx 1:00 a.m. as driver was at high speed and driving on wrong side of road, but he spotted the Blazer on Telescope Rd.

Hoopa: HCSO has 2 at gunpoint, on Telescope Rd up from Hwy 96; had been a pursuit along with CHP… unknown original reason for the pursuit. Driver fled on foot
