But if you want to have fun with tourists and visitors you should tell them that it is named after a corrupted translation of the Busta Rhymes song. “Gimmie Samoa”. Then go ahead and recite it to them using location appropriate lyrics. “Yo Spliff where the mill at? Gimmie Samoa, Cleaned my plate at the Cookhouse but you can Gimmie Samoa,” etc.
