On 09-11-2012, approximately 1:00 a.m. the Humboldt County Sheriffs Office was notified of an assault that occurred at the Brass Rail Bar, Redway. When the deputy arrived he met with the 22 year old male victim, who was visiting Redway from Washington, D.C. Deputies saw the victim had several lacerations on the right side of his face. The suspect then fled the bar on foot prior to law enforcements arrival.
The victim and his brother provided the deputies with a suspect description and a possible name. The suspect is described as: White male, early 20’s, skinny build, wearing a grey and black sweatshirt.
