Scanner traffic indicates law enforcement chased a white Suburban “possibly occupied by subject with stolen firearms” past the golf course near Eureka. On Greenbriar Lane, the Suburban hit a parked car and the subject fled the scene.

Law enforcement is currently attempting to locate the individual who is “somewhere on foot with a stolen firearm” in the forested area to the southeast of Eureka. [CHP dispatch record here.]
