UPDATE 11:36 A.M.: Another smaller earthquake registered at 2.9 occurred at 10:48 A.M. This one was 39 miles southwest of Ferndale (Thanks to SoHum Awareness for the headsup.) Also the earlier earthquake is now saying 4.2 magnitude.

An 4.1 magnitude earthquake occurred at 9:47 A.M. this morning 45 miles southwest of Eureka. There is no danger of a tsunami.
