UPDATE, 6:40 p.m.: KHUM’s Cliff Berkowitz is on the scene of the bad house fire on G Street in Eureka, between Carson and Hayes. Berkowitz says the fire’s pretty much out now — three Humboldt Fire engines were on the scene — but he took lots and lots of photos while the thing burned. We’ll post them below.
Berkowitz adds that no one was in the house at the time of the fire. A policeman on scene says that there was a domestic disturbance call at the home last night.
