There is a fire under the bridge by Target on the north end of Eureka. Mark McKenna, LoCO contributor extraordinaire, is on the scene. We’ll be updating as information comes in. McKenna says, “It appeared to be a homeless encampment with [pallets] and shopping carts on fire.”  At this point, he doesn’t believe the road will be closed.
