According to [Raven Knickerbocker,] there is a car fire blocking the right hand lane of Harris at Summer Street in Eureka. A large SUV is smoldering  and firefighters are dousing the blaze.  The block is blocked off with cones. Smoke and fog are making it hard to see in the area. And the smell of burning plastic and metal is prevalent.
