The Humboldt County Elections Office has published the precinct-by-precinct final results for the June 3 primary on the county’s fancy-pants new website. That means it’s time to take our customary look back at the county’s electoral microclimates!

Below is a map of election results in the race for district attorney, handily color-coded. We see that second-place finisher Elan Firpo ran strong in Southern and Northeastern Humboldt, but was otherwise washed away in a sea of Fleming blue.

The “layers” control in the upper-right corner gives you the ability to map out the first-, second-, third- and last-place finishers in each precinct. Zoom in and out with the controls on the upper left. Click on a precinct to get complete numeric totals for each candidate.
