Cal Fire has confirmed that there is a fire north of Bridgeville but details are unknown yet. Coordinates given over the scanner indicate that the blaze is above Redwood House Road and below Humphrey Creek. 

Over the scanner, a pilot working on the fire  said, “Forward spread of the fire is stopped…We should be able to hold it.” One tanker is being released back to Redding.

Cal Fire has promised to get back to us with more information. We’ll update when that happens.
