UPDATE, 8:14 a.m.:The fire is on the 5000 block of Rohnerville Road, near the intersection with Kenmar Boulevard. One person has suffered minor burns, according to this snippet of audio that dispatched medical personnel just before 7:40 a.m.:

Readers are telling us about a big fire off Rohnerville Road in Fortuna. Says Candi Green:
There’s a very large house fire on Rohnerville Road in Fortuna. They have shut down Rohnerville Road. It is just passed Ambrosini Elementary School, and it is going to affect parents dropping their children off. Parents should take alternate route and give extra time to drop their child off. I will have a video to you soon the home is fully engulfed.
