Downtown Eureka traffic is a smidge worse than usual after a two-car accident at the corner of Fifth and E streets. EPD officer Chapman tells LoCO‘s scoop reporter Shane Mizer at the scene that the accident occurred when a silver Sonata traveling northbound ran a red light.
