UPDATE 9:15 a.m.: According to Denton Carrick from Humboldt County Public Works:

Bell Springs Road is now open.

Alderpoint is open. However, the road narrows to one lane at Mile Marker 40.

Sproul Creek Road is open.

Salmon Creek Road is being worked on. PG&E is working on the power lines.

Roads impacted seriously in Southern Humboldt according to Denton Carrick from Humboldt County Public Works:

 

Bell Springs is closed near New Harris. Carrick says there are major power lines downs and PG&E are concentrating their efforts here.

Alderpoint closed at CDF Station about a half mile east of Garberville. There are power lines and trees down. Up to 20 hours before fixed, Carrick says.

Salmon Creek, northern entrance, has trees and power lines down. It is closed. There is also flooding by Summerville Road. Crews are on their way.

Sproul Creek is closed below Garberville. Tree down. There are safety issues making removing the tree difficult.
