A Jeep Cherokee crashed into a parked Volvo SUV this morning around 10:30 a.m. According to bystanders, The Jeep turned onto Fifth Street and rear ended the Volvo parked outside Roy’s Auto Center. The accident briefly blocked the right-hand lane, but did not affect the flow of traffic.
