Multiple news agencies and courthouse blogger John Chiv are reporting that Jason Arreaga, named suspect in the September 2014 murder of Harley Hammers and Angel Tulley, will have to be tried again, after a jury today was unable to reach unanimity.

Hammers and Tulley were shot to death on the evening of Sept. 3, 2014, at a home on Fieldbrook Road. Arreaga, a resident of Lake County, was quickly identified as a suspect. He was stopped south of Eureka after officers witnessed his car passing through the town early the next morning.
