Late Friday night, California lawmakers passed a trio of proposals that would create a regulatory framework for the state’s medical marijuana industry, the Sacramento Bee reports.
The East Bay Express has some information and analysis on the specifics of the three bills that passed: AB 243, AB 266 and SB 643.
The bills await Gov. Jerry Brown’s signature.
