Gimme a “park!” Gimme a “let!”

It’s kinda chilly out this morning — LoCO scraped frost from its windshield as the sun peeked o’er the horizon as though it were actual winter — which may account for why no one was yet occupying the spankin’ new parklet in front of Ramone’s in Old Town when we sauntered past. But should your latte-sippin’ keister need a space to laze this afternoon, know that you have more options than you did yesterday. Look at it, now. 

Ah. Note the planter boxes. One of Ramone’s baristas said they are expecting flowers to fill them later today (we may need to update). Also notice the reflective lights affixed to the outside perimeter seemingly meant to discourage motorists from plowing over innocent pastry nibblers. Very handy.
