1. Eureka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Master Sign Permit Location: 4320 Broadway; APN: 019-261-003 Project: Master Sign Permit (SGNM-23-1)

The Eureka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT dealership is requesting approval to use several existing signs and add one new sign at their location on Broadway. The signs include wall signs and a pole sign. These signs deviate from the city’s sign standards, so they need a special permit. The property owner and applicant are requesting permission to use the signs that do not meet the current standards. The application was submitted in July 2023, and the staff recommends holding a public hearing and approving the application. The Design Review Committee will vote on this recommendation.
