1. Continued Humboldt County Board of Supervisors Workshop and Strategic Planning Session
The County of Humboldt will be continuing their strategic planning process on March 24, 2023. The purpose is to plan for effective relationships and long-term county planning. The cost of the planning session is approximately $30,000 and it will involve an outside facilitator and county officials’ stay at a hotel. This action aligns with their Strategic Framework by managing resources and providing community-appropriate levels of service. All county staff will be involved, and the Board of Supervisors has discretion in making decisions. No additional funding is requested.
