Eureka Waterfront Cafe Proposals
It appears the Eureka City counsel is going to reject several solid proposals to open a much-needed waterfront cafe. The reasons the panel gave for rejection seem frivolous — like, the applicants did not have enough experience operating a cafe, whatever that means. If people are willing to risk their own financial welfare by starting a business should local governments let them take that risk?
